Once a successful payment has been completed you are given an estimated delivery time frame (This time frame is dependent on the manufacturer and what goods are purchased). When the product is delivered to our warehouse we will contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Our current delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for most products. Brockway Carpets 5 to 7 Working Days. Brintons, Ulster Carpets, and Hammer Carpets 10 to 14 working days. Special order door bars and trims 10 to 14 days. Hugh Mackay Patterned Axminster Carpets Special Order 8 to 10 Weeks. All timescales given on our website regarding deliveries are to be used as a guideline only. Don't hesitate to call us to check each product's current delivery time.

Delivery is £49 for the basket for mainland England and Wales. Prices for Scotland are calculated at checkout.
The delivery price at checkout is for the basket, so you can order as many items as you like and only pay for one basket charge, not per item.
